We accidently found this hotel after our reserved rooms at the Camino Real were not honored (another review), and needless to say this hotel by far beat the Real.....We were part of the USBC National Women's Bowling Tournament that is taking place in El Paso. There were 6 of us women and we were given 2 room suites that were fantastic...2 rooms...one with 2 beds and a bathroom and the other room had a fold out sofa with a full bed and another bathroom...also had a fridge, microwave, internet access, and free breakfast at the resturant that is attached to the hotel...wonderful full breakfast !!!! And our suites cost us 25.00 less than the room at the Real would have cost us and didn't have any of these amenities. The staff were absolutely committed to helping us the night we pulled in and bent over backwards to give us the best value for our money, and kept our rooms close together....I highly recommend this hotel, especially over the over-rated and over expensive Camino Real...

No frills but good value. Clean rooms. I wonder about the quality of A/C when 100 degree days come in the summer but I will give it another try the next time I'm in El Paso. Good place when your just traveling thru. This is the second week end in a row I'm stayed at a Quality Inn and my impression is improving.

El Paso Quality Inn
We recently spent a week in El Paso to take advantage of the inexpensive dental clinic in Juarez, MX. We stayed in a suite which was actually two rooms side by side made into one. The room was very comfortable with a bedroom with double beds and a living area with microwave ,fridge and a second bathroom. Although the hotel is older everything was in good repair, the beds and bedding were new and very comfortable. What made this hotel stand out was the quality of service and general helpfulness of the hotel manager and his staff. Each morning we were greeted by name and given a newspaper. We had not rented a car anticipating dental pain that would keep us in the room all week. That was not the case so when we wanted to go shopping, to dinner or to a movie we planned on using a taxi to get around. This was totally unnecessary due to the helpfulness of the hotel. Each day they offered us transport and information or suggestions about the places we wanted to go to. If they were picking someone up at the airport it was only a short wait before they were ready to take us to or from our destination. We have stayed a 4 and 5 star hotels with lesser service. I would highly recommend this economical hotel to anyone staying in the El Paso area.

I was coming in town for the first time so i didnt know if i should book the room in advance. I walked in to couple of hotels by the Airport. This hotel as very nice compared to other hotels in the same price range. the room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was outstanding (very clean breakfast room). Overall i enjoyed the stay.
