I have stayed at this hotel several times while on business trips. What you get is a decent room for a decent price. The rooms are acceptably clean and everything works, including the free wireless internet. The rooms are quiet and quite comfortable. The staff is friendly but sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed when more than one guest is at the front desk.

Went to El Paso last week on business. Was surprised when I found out the suite we had asked for actually was 2 rooms. They had taken the door out that normally would have separated the rooms.
My partner stayed in one room with 2 beds and I stayed in the other which had a fold out couch. We each had our own bathroom and TV. Was only 85.00 a night.
Only bad part was one of the TV remotes didnt work. Called the office and they sent a guy over in about 15 minutes. He managed to get it working but it quit working again in a few minutes. Just gave up on that.
Free hot breakfast was OK. Got chewed out by waitress for not having the little paper envelope the keys came in. She let us eat anyway.
There is a buffet but they have a guy standing there doling out "too small" portions.
Must be worried about wasting food.
Last bit of advice is don't eat at Uncle Baos chinese next door. Horrible! Go to Long Johns Silvers or Wendys on other side of hotel.

After reading some of the reviews on this hotel it's obvious the people who gave more than a 2 rating don't know what clean or well kept means! I didn't spend more than 30 minutes in the room because it was so horrible! Completely nasty! The ac unit was falling apart and had duck tap around it! The bath tube had stains in it. There was hair in the sink, toilet, and all over the floor! If you don't think that's unsanitary than your an idiot! My husband is six feet plus tall and the shower came to his chest?! There where stains on the carpet, lounge chair, computer chair, bed sheets, and walls! The curtains had mildew on them. The lady at the front desk was a complete bit**!!!!!! she hung up on my husband when he called to complain and gave me an attitude when I told her we wanted a refund, she didn't even ask what was wrong!! The pool was a joke! And restaurant and bar had flies everywhere! Needless to say we will be making a call to headquarters to complain! If you have any common sense DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!
