This is an excellent choice for Little Rock. Its a few miles from downtown but its well worth the value staying here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, excellent attentive staff and a great pool. Overall, outstanding value for the price.

I'm not sure where to begin except that the lobby is very deceiving. It has been recently updated and is just beautiful...we got sucked in.
We entered the hotel via another entrance because it was closer to our room...the hallway smelled, the cheap laminate floor was cracked and "gave" under your weight which made me think of water damage. The door to our room had been "forced" open at some point with damage to the door near the latch and the safety was also about ready to come off the frame. We should have turned and asked for our money back right then and there but we proceeded because of our fatigue.
We had a king suite with a pull out couch. When you pulled out the couch there was garbage and dirt on the mattress. We had to go ask at the front desk for additional linens for the bed as well as extra towels (still wet from the dryer). The king bed was old but relatively comfortable. There was an old comforter on the king bed and when you pulled it back there were yellow stains on the reverse side. The top sheet had a footprint on it.
The bathroom was dated but relatively clean. When the door was shut all you can smell is mildew and smoke (supposed to be non-smoking).
The outdoor pool was relatively clean and in good shape. The furniture was falling apart and I would have though that there would be rules about smoking and drinking around the pool - not that are enforced apparently.
Breakfast was perfectly average.
Do not stay at this hotel - I wish we hadn't.

We were visiting relatives in Arkansas and have checked around for prices on rooms and the Jameson was the best. We checked in and the front desk clerk as well as the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean as well. Internet worked great no lost signals and as for tv showtime had some good movies on to occupy time while we rest. The pool was nice and clean not crowded. As, for the breakfast it was great. We didn't have to go out and spend money on it. The hotel has Bis and gravy, donuts, orange juice, coffee ect... it occomadated all who was traveling with the family. We will be staying at the Jameson when we return again for our visits. I will recommend this hotel to all who is passing threw Little Rock, Ar area.

We stayed here for 4 nights and do not recommend it. The hallways are dirty, carpets are dirty & falling apart. Inside the elevator is written "f*** you" on the elevator wall. They gave us a room by the back door because we brought our dog, but the door slammed shut every time someone used it. The back door area outside is dirty with TONS of cig butts & trash. The room carpet is dirty, rippled & unsightly, the furniture is worn out, the ceiling has cracks, water stains, cob webs, and filth hanging from it. The bathroom tub has dirty, moldy caulk. The toilet rocks back & forth when you sit on it & is not clean, floor tiles have dirty grout. The window seal is broken so it's foggy & dirty & there's no screen or lock. VERY unsafe. The breakfast is below standard & judging from the lack of cleanliness in & around the building I have no appetite for food served here. We think that the positive comments written above must have been written by management - trying to do damage control!! Their time would be better spent on correcting the many problems that make this hotel very dumpy.
