Location was good as we wanted to be near Baptist Medical Center, and looked ok, and room was clean, etc., but noise was terrible. We could hear every step over us, and squeaky bedsprings too. I like ChoiceHotels' chain, but do NOT stay in this one if you want to get any sleep.

Having stayed at this location in the past I decided to book a room here again. This time I noticed that the property has deteriorated quite a bit since my last stay with them. The floors are noisy and the squeaking from the floors in the room above us kept us awake late into the night. The windows look as if they haven't been cleaned in years. Overall the property looks outdated and needs to be remodeled and modernized. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. The toilet in my first room ran constantly and wouldn't shut off. I did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would have expected more than I received based on the cost of the room. I'll stay elsewhere on my next stop in Little Rock.

below average hotel. I travel over 200 nights a year and have noticed that with Comfort Inn's its really hit or miss; this unfortunately is a miss. THe outside of the hotel looks great but the rooms are dated, the floors creek and aren't level and thr room smelled of mold. I booked a king and rreceived a double, i called the desk and was told sorry but they didn't have anything available. Try a different hotel.

I was shocked at how pricey hotels were in this area. I decied on this CI as it was more reasonable. The staff were very nice and helpful. West Side cafe is a close drive and pretty good eats and drinks, although the bar stools are a bit uncomfortable.
The room was decent, a bit dated but pretty clean. The toilets and plumbing are awfully loud however. The floor creeked and sqeauked from the room above. My biggest complaint was the lights right outside my window that basically kept the room lit up at night. It did smell a bit damp but I think that is just how it is in the Mid South.
Breakfast was a bit slim on the pickins in my opinion but okay.
Their internet is extremely slow, 10 Mbps. It was intermittent as well but they did address it have it fixed. Still made it hard to work online or use mapping on Google.
It was an okay stay however I think next time in LR I will stay up towards McCain Blvd where the area seems a bit more upscale and there is a Hooters!
