I was shocked at how pricey hotels were in this area. I decied on this CI as it was more reasonable. The staff were very nice and helpful. West Side cafe is a close drive and pretty good eats and drinks, although the bar stools are a bit uncomfortable.
The room was decent, a bit dated but pretty clean. The toilets and plumbing are awfully loud however. The floor creeked and sqeauked from the room above. My biggest complaint was the lights right outside my window that basically kept the room lit up at night. It did smell a bit damp but I think that is just how it is in the Mid South.
Breakfast was a bit slim on the pickins in my opinion but okay.
Their internet is extremely slow, 10 Mbps. It was intermittent as well but they did address it have it fixed. Still made it hard to work online or use mapping on Google.
It was an okay stay however I think next time in LR I will stay up towards McCain Blvd where the area seems a bit more upscale and there is a Hooters!

I attended a music workshop and spent 3 nights in this hotel. The breakfast bar had a nice selection, but the food was very mediocre. However, the hotel was very nice, attractive, clean, quiet and comfortable. Temperatures were over 100 degrees while I was in Little Rock, but I was able to keep my room cold as ice!

This is a fine hotel and I'd stay there anytime!

Just your basic Comfort Inn. You'll need a car for this location; although it's on the bus route downtown, public transportation isn't one of Little Rock's strengths. On the other hand, it's within walking distance of a cuple of restaurants, including a decent deli.

Although I had a nonsmoking room, it smelled like they hadn't cleaned the vents in decades. I ended up sleeping with the window open, because the vent brought in stale smoky air. It also wasn't very appetizing to come in the front door at night walking past a front desk clerk taking a smoking break at the main entrance.

We have stayed at several hotels in West Little Rock and the Comfort Inn West ranks right up there with the best of them. We used Choice hotel points for the one night stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was adequate. It had biscuits and gravy, sausage biscuits, egg and cheese omelets, waffles, cereal, and danish rolls. Don't be afraid to stay at this hotel. It is nothing fancy, but it will meet your needs.
