“Dirty sheets”

I could not believe my luck when I ran across a coupon. I have stayed at many Extended Stays, but this one takes the cake.

The sheets were dirty and stained, the toilet would not flush, and the fridge was so dirty it looked like a 5th grade chemistry project. Not to mention that I did not feel safe in the parking lot at all. Don't stay here.

“Cockroaches & no service”

I have stayed with Extended Stay America in many locations and have been pleased with the stay. Not this time. This place needs help. My room had cockroaches. I got new towels once in a while but never had my bed linens changed. This place has great bones and poor management.
