Hotel is in a nice location. Walking distance to restaurants and clubs. Very nice lobby, standard fitness area for this type of hotel. Shuttle to and from the airport very convenient. Business center could use some work, computers re-booted themselves and printer was spotty.

FINALLY! A "new" Doubletree that lives up to the new branding. The exterior is still a bit tired, but the interior is completely redone. Staff and rooms are amazing and go above and beyond. The parking situation is annoying, in that you have to get your ticket validated EVERY time you go ind and out of the garage, but I'm not sure what you could do. Crime in Little Rock is bad, so be careful walkimg to downtown restaurants. Nothing the hotel can do about that, though...

The building must have been updated recently - the lobby was well done, the carpet in the halls and room seemed new and the fit and finish of the entire place is pretty nice. I've stayed in quite a few Double Tree hotels and this is definitely a comfortable and clean one. The gal at the front desk and the room service guy were both really friendly and had a smile on their face! Now here's where it makes a turn for the worse: after a 12 hr day on road road my wife was looking forward to some decent warm food. The grilled chicken sandwich was way over seasoned. The bread was nice. The French fries were just straight soggy and cold. The gumbo had really nice flavor and good amount of chix and sausage, but this was overshadowed by the fact it was lukewarm to cold. Overall, I'd come back for sure, but we'll order out.

My son got married over New Year's eve weekend. We made arrangements with group sales and they were able to put my entire family on the same floor. It was very nice to have all of us together. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The staff was excellent. The hotel is at the end of the strip were all the bars and restaurants were located, but it was very easy to walk to from the hotel.
