Nice clean motel. Friendly staff that is eager to please. Might not be the areas fanciest hotel but it can't be beat in it's price range.

The rooms were filthy. We tried 3 rooms before 1 was acceptable. The first had over a dozen LARGE black bugs on the floor, a wet towel in the middle of the bed, no telephone & the keys did not work. One smelled very bad and was musty. The bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mold. Our room didn't get cleaned everyday either. All rooms have outside entrances which they conveniently don't show in the photos. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast wasn't much. Definitely would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

We had reservations for 3 nights.
When we arrived, the 2nd floor did not have any air conditioning . We had requested a king suite The king suites were on the 2nd floor.. We are reward club members, we stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites often. But, big difference between La Quinta Inn and La Quinta Inn and Suites!
They did not bother to have the air conditioning fixed on that floor prior to us arriving. Nor,
did they call and "warn" us and offer another room.
The place is very much needing an update,,, seemed clean enough, but very dated.
Will never stay there again.

This area of Little Rock you would expect to find quiet and nice. LaQuinta is usually a nice place. We must have picked a bad night. Noisey guest playing a car stereo at full blast at midnight and the restaurant had a rapper DJ till 3 am. Request a room on the other side and away from there. Staff tried to quiet the stereo but as soon as they left it volume went back up. The check out staff understood our problems and discounted the room for us.
We will try again some day, maybe. Carpets could stand a good cleaning too.
