I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a good stay. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they are fine, and there's in-room wi-fi. The staff is very pleasant, and the location is good, close to several good places to eat along the River Walk and surrounding area.

This hotel has everything you need -- and it is in a fabulous location. The hotel is close to the Clinton library, the River walk/park and a myriad of good restaurants. I was tempted by the Capital and The Peabody (and I'm sure they are lovely inside) but when we walked by them a couple of times during our trip they were jammed with cars out front trying to get in and out. It seemed the "action" was closer to the Courtyard.

Two items that kept the hotel from being a 5 star hotel experience -- daily charge for parking in the parking garage and no free breakfast (most courtyards offer something).

As an FYI -- none of the hotels are close to the Capital building or the not-to-be-missed Central High School exhibit .

I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times the past 2 years. I have stayed at the Peabody here in LR, but much prefer this Marriott. The rooms are large and their design are pretty much the same as any other Courtyard (i.e. they are simple and functional). They do have flatscreen tv's in the room and the internet connection is decent enough to work from. What really makes me continue to stay is the customer service. Everyone here is very friendly and goes out of there way to make you stay pleasent. There also always seems to be someone cleaning the lobby/elevators etc... The location is right in downtown near places to eat and drink and is also near the Clinton library, so it is very convenient.

At the end of the day this is the place to stay if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

This hotel was fine. It was an average Marriott experience. Rooms were clean and shower was fine. If you are looking for an extravagant hotel then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a well-kept clean hotel then this would be fine.
