I have stayed at this courtyard a couple different times over years. Most recently I stayed there last weekend for a football game. I checked in around 7 or 8 and the staff was nice. Once I got to my room it was average size nothing special though. I saw hairs on the bathroom floor from the previous guest which i can't stand. I got ready and walked downtown to the local bars. The next morning I checked out and walked 40 feet from the hotel entrance to discover my car had been broken into!!! I usually would of opted for the $7 dollar parking garage but the nice lady that checked me in told me curbside parking was free on weekends. I called the manager after I talked to the police and she said she couldn't help me bc I choose the unsecured parking. Next time I'm in the area I'll stay at the Peabody!

Others hotels are far away from downtown and the river marketplace is such a joy to visit that this was a slam dunk. You can see the Clinton Library and walk to it if you choose. Walk the river front and choose from many excellent restaurants. The Peabody Hotel is down the street and costs three times the price of a room here...duh. A firepot in the courtyard was a treat on the two cool nights we were there and the parking garage is convenient, but not for single women at night. It's time for an update with peeling wall covering in the bath. Careful which side you choose or you'll be looking at I-30. Get the right room and you'll enjoy your stay.

I was impressed with this hotel...I felt as though I was staying at a Hilton or another high-end hotel.
As others have noted, this hotel is the perfect place for visitors to the downtown Little Rock area...you're literally across the street from Sonny Williams, one of the best steakhouses ever, and you're also within walking distance of the Clinton Library and the Arkansas Riverwalk.
The rooms were pleasant and very clean (we had a leaky sink, but a very nice repairman was sent up promptly to fix it).
We didn't eat at the Marriott during our stay (too many other interesting places to try within walking distance) but we did get a few drinks in the bar & it was a great place to relax and strike up conversations with others...
I loved the room we had on the west side of the hotel - beautiful in the evening and a glamorous view at night of all the high-rise penthouse apartments nearby.
Though, on our second stay, we had a room on the east side and were "wowed" by the sight of the Clinton Library lit up at night under a full moon.

Great Location....Clean Room...Friendly Location...came in town for a soccer tournament with my son & we were impressed with the hotel and it great location...Food at breakfast was decent...hotel was in walking distance for most downtown attractions
