We had stayed at this hotel on two prior occasions, but encountered numerous problems
during our stay Nov 26-28, 2010. Our first room had dirty floors, dirty running toilet, and
no heat. The person on duty could not provide any of the following: alternate room,
blankets, space heater, or repair service. We spent the night cold with all of our clothes
on. The next morning, we encountered an empty breakfast bar and a rude manager
who didn't apologize. Upon request, she did remove the room charge and moved us.
The next morning, the breakfast buffet was empty at 8:15. After I complained at the desk,
the manager brought out muffins and juice to feed the people milling about. As she worked, she complained and whined on her headphone about people not showing up
to work. I was approached by other travelers two separate times who also complained
about their stay that same weekend. Upon our departure, never to return, we noted lots
of trash littering the hotel parking lot. Definitely stay away from this place at least until
they get a new manager and employees who will show up to work.
