Paid $104 for two night. I should have inspected the room better. I should have pulled the blankets back. The shower and bathroom were terrible.tile cracked and coming off the walls. Shower was dirty and had someone elses dirty used wash cloth still hanging over showerhead. No toilet paper. Towels and wash cloths were stained. King size bed w/ 3 flat stained and smelly pillows. The back side of comforter was stained as well as the thread bare sheets. Heavy cracks in wall and ceiling made it feel like the upstairs room would fall in on you. Worst of all we woke at 5am to find a bed bug in our bed. Rang for manger and insisted full refund he didn't say a word just gave our money back which tells me he is aware of the bed bugs.

We arrived very late in the evening and wanted to find a budget motel. Since price was a concern, we did not expect too much in terms of amenities. My husband usually visits the rooms before we confirm our stay, but it was late at night, so he did not bother to look in the bathroom. Upon arrival, I noticed the turquoise painted walls were chipped and cracked. While visiting the bathroom, I moved the shower curtain to take a look, and voila--mold, mildew, and more--too scarey for a shower, let alone a bath. Bring clorox if you want to shower. I knew that the pillows would be thin, so, I took a glance at pillows and was upset to see dirty, stained pillows. I couldn't sleep on the pillows, so I covered them with my husband's t-shirt. We would have left, but it was so late, we decided to tough it out. Note to owners: invest in new pillows, bedding, and spray lysol mold and mildew in shower, followed by a dousing of bleach--better yet, remodel the bathroom!

Worst service ever! Returning from brothers funeral. Hotel clerk refused to honor Priceline Prepaid Hotel reservation with confirmation and prepayment with priceline clerk located reservation and had only two cars were in parking lot.. Was day of SHAKESPARE FESTIVAL and all hotels were booked in town . Left us stranded. Believe hotel wanted to bid up his pricing for his DIRTY LITTLE Rooms. Beware!

well i checked in, old man at the desk, didn't ask for identification. gave me the keys to the room. hmmm sure took a long time to unlock the door to room. entered room, it was dark, carpet didn't have any padding in it, room smelled, no high speed internet and clock as it was advertised. bathroom was a mess, tile was coming off the wall, shower/bathtub were filthy, shower head didn't work right, shower curtain wasn't long enough to cover shower, so water leaked on the floor, no shampoo in the bathroom, not enough towels provided-there were 2 and we needed 4. carpet wasn't vacuumed, candy wrappers were left in the room, found them by the night stand, lots of dirt on floor/baseboards, crumbs on the floor, air conditioner had a bad smell to it, took 3 hrs to cool down the room, lamp shades were cracked and had holes in them, furniture looked like it was taken out of a dumpster, no HBO on tv at all, beds--gosh barely move and the whole bed shakes. the tv volume had to be turned up really loud to hear it, it was an old tv, light in microwave was burned out. towel in bathroom were worn, holes in them, coming apart, no swimming pool/hot tub as advertised, checked out, same old man, same clothes from previous day, breakfast???? coffee, orange juice and muffins. no plates, napkins. no receipt given
