the rooms are not bad,the service sucks a big one.i called and reserved a SMOKING room in advance,because the 1st time i stayed there they were out.when i went to check in,she said non smoking..i said NO i reserved a smoking room..aw ok i see it..took my card ran it..and sent me to a non smoking room..when down and told her about the mistake..o no it say right here non smoking, but she would not let me see the reservation paper..she blatently lied to me and said it was my fault and there was no smoking rooms available,although my co-worker walked out as i was walking in and was able to get a smoking room.WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!

I have to concur with the other reviewers. The woman that runs the place is a total btch. Maybe that's because she barely sleeps. In three days, I never saw anyone else at front desk, at all times of the day. Nonetheless, you just don't treat your guests like this. I had my girlfriend deal with her, because I'm sure I would've lost my temper, confronted with an attitude like that.
Our room was okay, breakfast barely existent. There's free internet and the price is reasonable. It's really a matter of deciding whether you want to put up with unprofessional behavior in return for a rather cheap room.

The hotel is not so bad .....but the front desk was so rude unprofessionnal she really drives me crazy acting like i was not here (i was just in front of her!!!!) the rest of the hotel is under average ....yes not so bad but still under average ......

Reserved a non smoking room online-said we reserved smoking when we checked in (no other rooms available) Don't reserve online unless you want a smoking room! Broken toilet paper holders, non slip strips in tub missing but addesive still there, many cigarette burns in carpet, on TV, bedspreads, etc. Toilet missing bolts, had to hold down handle whole time it was flushing or it would not work.
