This hotel is NOT a 3 star hotel, it's a 2 star AT BEST. Those cute photos of beautiful beds on the website are a lie. The beds are made up in horrible, gaudy, cheap bedspreads like in a downtown motel. There's one woman who runs the place when she has time away from taking care of her young children. That means that if you need anything after 10pm, you're SCREWED. She's not there. The lobby is closed. It also said that it had a "cafe". Hah! There was NO CAFE anywhere!!! There was a "continental breakfast" that consisted of make your own waffles, fruit loops and frosted flakes. Bacon? No. Eggs? No. Nothing but the waffles and cereal. Their "high speed internet" was unavailable most of the time, forcing us to use expensive air cards and pay gords for the data usage. The "maid service" didn't come until 7pm the second day we were there, just in time to pick up before we went to SLEEP! And what did they do? They only made the beds. They didn't replace the toilet paper, tissue (both of which were EMPTY) or take out the trash. But they sure were there at 10:45am waiting in the hallway Sunday morning, trying to push us out of our room as we tried to pack and load up the truck. THEN, I returned home to a siphoned bank account. They personally charged me 4 times, IN ADDITION to the Expedia.com charge that had already paid for the room! They took over $200+ EXTRA out of my account. And when I tried to call them to fix the problem with the bank I had to wait for over AN HOUR for someone to answer the (800) number. The local number went unanswered, as usual.
