My family and I stayed at this location and when I went to take a shower the drain was plugged. I went downstairs to the manager on duty And she said that she might be able to find a maid to bring a snake to try to unclog the drain pipe. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I don't know why she did not offer another room to take a shower. My family left without showering un satisfied with our recent stay. I called holiday inn customer service. I was told someone would respond I have yet to get a response. My advice to you would be if you enjoy taking a shower and expect to be treated like a guest this hotel would not be for you. Obviously the management at this location do not care about my business and possibly yours.

We traveled thought. Stayed here for a night. It’s a nice place, close to the highway. It is also only a mile to a Walmart --- the largest I’ve seen in my life!!! Rooms are large, bathrooms are large, front desk people very nice and helpful. Nice customer service. They also have their free breakfast, but to my surprise, no fruits whatsoever! Anyway, I would stay here again if I ever travel those parts.

Everything was just great, as it ought to be at all motels. Ample parking, efficient check-in, clean room, fresh comfortable bed, not too much noise, decent breakfast, effective maid service.

That's how I like it, and I think you will too.

My parents were traveling from California back home to Utah and I needed to call a reservation for them. The gal that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly and knew what I needed. Later that night I called the front desk to see if my parents arrived and they had not. When I called back, they sent the call right to their room and my parents said that they were very nice and friendly and helpful. I was thankful for the service because I only have one set of parents and their daughter worries about their safety =D The only thing I can suggest is that you make sure you get the directions figured out before you arrive because it is easy to miss the turn into the hotel. Thank you staff for looking after my parents =D
