So close to the Shakespearean Festival you can walk and the gardens are so beautiful!
A day trip to Bryce Canyon is amazing and shopping for trinkets or treasures is so fun in the little downtown area! Dianna and Gary Simkins are the best of Hosts... have been many times and keep comming back!

Victorian charm inside and out with a delicious breakfast and warm, friendly hosts. The details make the difference, such as the stars that appeared on the ceiling above the bed when we turned off the lights. Strolling through the peaceful gardens that surround the home was an open invitation to sit and stay a while. Enchanting, hospitable and close to the Shakespeare venues sums it up.

My daughter and I have stayed at the Garden Cottage for three years in a row in order to attend the Shakespearean Festival. Diana and Gary are great hosts. The breakfasts are tasty but a bit heavy on egg casseroles. The house itself is very cute and decorated in a traditional victorian/turn of the century style. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Its location is a big plus since it's just across the street from the festival grounds on the SUU campus and only a couple of blocks from Main street. The only negative think I have to say about this B & B is that sometimes it can be noisy, especially if you are in the room that has a door adjoining the next room and neighbors who don't realize how loudly they speak when on their cell phone.

The Cottage was a delightful place to stay. The decorations brought back very nice memories. The breakfast was an enjoyable experience.
