So this motel is "average" for the area. Middle priced (for the area, although I think it should be a little less), but clean accomodations with extras. This was the cheapest in the area we could find with an indoor pool for the kids. Most rooms will have to go outside to to reach the pool/hot tub. The pool is a little on the cool side, but tolerable, and the hot tub is right next to it.

Front desk staff during our stay wasn't overly friendly or helpful, but polite and helped when we requested.

Property is right next to the freeway for easy access and very close to a multitude of different restaurants.

Breakfast is your typical cereals, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, juices, waffles. They did keep it well stocked (although there wasn't any kind of rush while we were there).

me and my wife had a great time here and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub the desk people very helpfull

We four of a family with kids were travelling from Bryce Canyon to Las Vegas and wanted to stay for a night. It is very good for the price you pay.

I stopped there in the middle of a big festival and this place had one of the few remaining rooms. That alone should serve as a warning. The newer hotels along I15 are likely killing the older properties in town. This property did not appear to have had a dime spent on it since first opening, but the original push button phone provided historical interest.
