“Do not follow GPS”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 December 2010

We followed GPS and could not find it. Called several times before someone finally picked up. Apparently they changed street names in the town and once we were told where to go (right off the interstate) it was easy.

The room had a tv (remote did not work), a fridge and microwave which was a nice touch and the standard beds, etc.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable which was great, the room condition was ok, but not great, did not stay for breakfast, but it did not look that impressive.

A blizzard so not a lot of options. Still a nice warm bed, but if I had a choice would probably drive south to Mesquite.

“nothing special”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2010

the bad: there was water on the bathroom floor, leaking fromthe wall. lights by the bed didn't work, coffeemaker was too filthy to use, furniture was dirty.
the good: got a room with fridge and microwave on request- not all rooms have them; breakfast was cereal and very small muffins, cable tv had 68 channels, no bedbugs.
i paid around $30 via internet so it was an ok place to stay for one night. there are many other cheap motels on main street that also advertised a price of $30 and might be better than travelodge. i would not pay over 30 something for this motel.

August 31st 2010. I have well over 200 bites on every area of my body, mostly neck arms and chest. After sleeping in the bed we noticed blood on the sheets, it wasnt mine. Then we noticed the bites all over me, my husband had a few on his back, he slept in the other bed. There was a dead bug and small black spots on the sheets which we later discoved were bed bug feces and the bug was a match for an adult bed bug.We laundered all of our clothes and wiped down the luggage but the bugs had gotten into the car so we threw away all of our luggage, our tent, my purse, my husbands shaving kit, my make-up bag and anything else we may have tranfered a bug or egg to. eveything else was washed and re washed before it was brought into our home which we entered naked and went straight to the shower. Our car had to be totally dissasembled, vacumed and shampooed and were waiting for some non toxic bed bug killer to be delived before using the car. our trip was cut short and were just waiting to see if we've got any new bites. Please stay away from this hotel for your own good.

“Out of the Way, But Good Value”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 September 2009

Stopped here on our way to visiting the national parks over Labor Day weekend. It is a little out of the way, but the price was good. Got a good night's sleep.

“Do not stay here!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 August 2009

This place is on the edge of town, hard to find at night, and poorly maintained. Upon arrival we were told that both the pool and internet access were not working and unavailable for use. We later came to find out that the vending machine was also out of order. When we got to our room there was an odor that ended up getting on all of the clothes we wore. The faucet on the sink was broken and leaked all over the counter, and the shower would not maintain its temperature. Also the light in the bathroom was partially hanging down from the ceiling. If traveling to Cedar City, I would definiely recommend staying in any hotel other than this one.
