We stayed here one night and were upgraded because my husband is a platinum member.

The room was large and spacious however the curtains were broken and the air-conditioning didn't seem to be working properly. There were buildings outside our windows so the broken curtains meant that we didn't have much privacy.

The lobby is basic however the business centre was well equipped and spacious.

The location was good however it was too expensive for what it was.

I stayed solo at this hotel while visiting a friend in NYC, the location was perfect, in Midtown Manhattan. It's close to great bars, restaurants and attractions. The hotel room is large for a NYC hotel, my room had a king bed, sofa and desk, plenty of room. The only downside was that there was no mini-bar, room service or a bar in the hotel, so after breakfast, if you need a drink or snack, you have to leave the hotel or scout out the vending machine. You can't beat the bargain, I paid only $179 for a Saturday night on superbowl weekend. This hotel is a no-brainer!

I am a bit late writing this but better late than never.
I cannot fault this hotel. It is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great.
We stayed here over new year and was wonderful.
Would stay here again.

Stayed at the Courtyard in early February, and was pleasantly surprised. Got a good rate online, and the room size was enormous for NYC standards, with large bathroom, working area, and couch, which is hard to find in NYC. Rest of the hotel is pretty solid with quick elevators, a decent gym, and a breakfast area (although the buffet was overpriced at $20/person.) Definitely recommend this place.
