Nice hotel with an extremely helpful staff. They were able to get me a ticket for "The Book of Mormon" - I was very happy. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the restaurant, but was able to grab a cup of coffee from the coffee maker every morning, which was very convenient. The hotel is within walking distance to everywhere I needed - work on Madison Ave., Bryant Park, Times Square, Broadway, nice restaurants, etc. I plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit to the NY office. The room was very nice and the property was well-maintained.

I stayed in December, room was a little bit small for my taste but it is NY, staff is OK, location is excellent.

we had a good time at this hotel, the lobby is somewhat smaller than the pictures make it out to be but that doesn't bother us much, the room are average size but are very well equipped. I loved the fact that internet access was free of charge, definitely not something you get at many hotel (or any hotels ive been to). The rooms were clean, and so was the bathroom and were kept that way during our entire stay by the housekeeping crew. Breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good but didnt change much during our stay so it might get boring if you're there for a while. The entire hotel staff were courteous and professional (the omelet chef accidentally got some oil on my dad's pants and they bent over backwards trying to make it up for us). overall it was a really good hotel, i would definitely stay there again and of course the location cant be beat (a couple minutes walk from Times square).

We stayed here for a long January weekend and were impressed. The location is convenient to all theaters and midtown shopping. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and ready for our 12:00 arrival. We booked a 'breakfast included' rate, and were pleantly surprised with the buffet. Freshly made eggs and omelets, a waffle iron, and a large assortment of cereals and fruits provided a perfect start to the day. The hotel sits mid-block, wedged between buildings, so there is virtually no view other than to the neighboring offices. We were happy to sacrifice any view for a Very reasonable rate for midtown Manhattan.
