I am staying here now and there's a train or something that goes by every few minutes that shakes the room. Beds are hard as rocks. Rooms are noisy. Going to look for another hotel somewhere else for tonight. There it is now. The glasses are shaking.

I cannot say enough about how great the hotel staff prepared for my stay. We had a wonderful week in New York - and I was allergy free the whole time. No fragrance anywhere - carpet, linen, towels, hallway, fantastic.

Fragances of any kind, make me sick and after a day of perfume, I feel like I have the flu. Can really ruin a vacation. I stay at Hilton hotels because they have wonderful, clean, fragrance-free linens.

Wonderful place and would stay again.

Stayed at the HGI Times Square. Good location just west of all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to TS if needed.

The hotel room was very nice, and as a business traveler, a clean, well furnished, updated room, is what I look for. This hotel fit the bill.

Did venture next door to the attached restaurant (Pigalle)...pricey, but decent food.

Will definitely return to the HGI-TS upon my next business trip to the Big Apple.

Stayed here for a week during a trade show with my staff. The hotel is clean, large rooms, friendly staff and is a perfect size. Great location....restaurants in Hells Kitchen area are varied and very affordable. Proximity to theaters is excellent. Wifi is free and fast. They have Starbucks coffee available in the morning at no-charge plus there is a Food Emporium on the next block where you can buy things for your in-room fridge and microwave. Small but good exercise room. No complaints!
Would stay here again if possible. It didn't run like a chain hotel....the staff was very personable and efficient.
