The people at reception were like a gang of 4-5 guys at the bell desk. I arrived at 11pm when lobby was empty. There was clearly discussion going on as a white guy (me) came in the door (you see the scene here). They gave me room that was dirty, on the second floor (first floor with rooms on it). No tip for people like this. Do not go here. I will never again open the door to this place nor any of this brand.

My husband and I stayed at the Trump for five nights in November and our stay couldn’t have been better. We had a lovely large suite with a fabulous view of Central Park. Room service was prompt and every employee we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous and accommodating. Because we were staying at the hotel, we managed to secure dinner reservations at Jean Georges (it’s in the hotel) on two nights. Going downstairs for breakfast at Nougatine really isn’t worth it. The food from room service is just as good and the menu is nearly identical. I thought it was much nicer just to eat breakfast in our robes each morning. One “cheesy” thing was the bottled water with a picture of The Donald’s face on it. We found it quite amusing. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, close to great shopping, the theaters and the park.

The location at Columbus circle is just perfect. Our suite was overlooking the Central Park.

We stayed at the Trump Hotel & Tower in November and with the fall foliage the views from our suite were absolutely stunning over the Manhattan skyline and Central Park. The suite was gorgeous but not too precious -- children are welcomed by Trump Kids Program -- little robes, welcome amenities, children's bath amenities, coloring books, activity kits are all given to tiny guests at check in.

The kitchenette in our suite was great as a place to make lunch, brew morning coffee, have snacks. If you don't want to be bothered, Jean George and their more casual (and delis) restaurant Nougatine away you in the hotel lobby. We ate a dinner and one breakfast in Nougatine and it was fabulous.

Our beds were fluffy and decadent. The blackout shades will allow for a wonderfully blissful sleep and when you push the remote controls of the shades you'll be greeted to a new day with the most magnificent views of NYC.

The location on Central Park West just minutes from a major playground, the Carousels, Zoo and walking trails in the park is a perfect location. We will not hesitate to return! Worth every penny, in my opinion...if you want to see more details and photos of our room go to:
