We stayed at the Loews Regency in December 2011. What a lovely experience! Our children had just turned 3 and 6, so we wanted to stay somewhere that would be child (and adult!) friendly. This hotel really managed to get that right. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff was efficient and friendly, the kids were greeted by name every time we arrived or left the hotel, the doorman was always ready to assist us getting into and out of taxis with a stroller. The location is excellent. It really made our stay in New York such a pleasant one. We will definitely stay at this hotel again whether our children are travelling with us or not.

Just spent six days at this hotel with my husband. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was large with a small kitchen attached with a fridge and tea coffee, making
facilities there was also a mini bar. Though as in all hotels the prices are scary so we
brought in drinks and stored them in the fridge provided. The hotel has a homely family
feel the concierge Kathleen was excellent and arranged trips and airport transportation
for us. We had dinner in the library bar twice the food was excellent and reasonably
priced. There is also an excellent gym and hair salon in the hotel. The location couldn't be better Central Park, Bloomingdales Barney's are all in easy walking distance. This is the second time I have stayed here and would return

The hotel is beautiful. Good location. The hotel was a little fancy for my liking, being an average person. I felt a little out of place. The staff was helpful. The room was clean.Bed and pillow were comfortable. There was a keurig coffee pot in the room. We used our Disney Vacation points to stay there, that was a good thing.

Went there for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. For NYC the price was reasonable. The service was excellent. We had booked an event at the Feinstein's night club which was amazing. What a great atmosphere. The only complaint is that they could use a face lift.
