Excellent position half way between Central Park and Times Square.
On the whole I found the hotel pretty mediocre; in fact, its past might have been much brighter than it is at the moment.
The lobby was dull and really chaotic and the receptionists at the desk resulted no to be that helpful.
While rooms were small and old, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Thank you for your posting - looks like you stayed in one of our last unrenovated guestrooms here at the hotel. Almost all rooms available at this time have just been renovated.

“Trip to NYC to see Anderson Cooper”

Everyone was so great at the Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers especially Elizabeth at the front desk,she was very helpful and even gave us upgraded rooms that were renovated.Great location, close to almost everything and I loved the free internet and computers in the lobby!.

“Sheraton NYC”

Hotel was nice, just expensive, but what isnt in NYC. It is situated just a few blocks from Times Square. Did not like the $15 fee just for internet access.

“good loacation tired property”

this is amazing to call this 4 star. business services consist of a FedEx office. staff unfriendly and slow respondidng. rooms that are refurbished are in need of repair and painting. and yet because of the location they call it 4 star. 4 star has something to service and property condidtion too...

“Terrific Hotel for doing business”

I stay at this hotel every January for 10 days for business. They have completely renovated all the rooms. Its taken them a few years and Ive suffered through some noisy stays in 2010 and 2011. But, the renovation is now complete and the rooms are now immaculate, clean, and modern. The hotel has everyone one needs, and the staff are very helpful.
