Stayed here 2/4/12. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside rooms are decent size, slightly updated was nice to have two bathrooms. While getting ready to go out my friend had a roach crawl across her foot. We called the front desk and had they sent security up. Im not sure why security would deal with that, pretty sure that little roach couldnt fit it cuffs lol When security came up he seemed annoyed and bothered and asked us what we wanted him to do. We know that bugs are everywhere but its a bit unnerving to find a roach in your room, especially when it crawls across your foot and the carpet is black so its very difficult to see if they are anymore. We were allowed to switch rooms (our request) and upon checkout we were given comp. parking but even then we were treated like its no big deal. I just feel the whole situation could have been handled better. Also we ordered room service we tried to get a bottle of champagne and were informed they only had one kind available (there were at least four on the menu) we ended up getting 3 martinis which came with ice in a glass that you are given in your bathroom. We didn't even drink them, they tasted so bad. That being said the bell hop was extremely nice and funny. I wouldn't say the experience was horrible but it was less than enjoyable and I will not likely return.
