My husband and I stayed here last weekend and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us every time we returned to the hotel. The location was steps away from Times Square which was nice. The free breakfast was a nice touch as well. The room was smaller than I had hoped, but it was okay for a three night trip. Also, it was very dark. You have to use your room key to get the lights to work and it is so dark in the room that you can't even see the slot to put the card in to activate the lights. I appreciate the fact that they are trying to save electricity, but it is a real pain when you can't see when entering the room. Other than that everything else was great.
