I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and an otherwise good trip was marred by bites I discovered on my arms and torso on my last day. I have stayed at this hotel before and was eager to go back, but this will certainly be the last time for me.

This is one of the nicest hotels due to the high level of friendly service offered by every employee that I dealt with. This hotel is located in the heart of Times Square putting you just steps from where the action is. Nice restaurant with an exceptional, although a bit pricey breakfast buffet. Nice, trendy bar overlooking Times Square, if you're into that, as well.

I had no problems at all with this hotel. Even on super bowl weekend my room was quiet and everything about my stay was comfortable. The room was more than nicely appointed, the bed comfortable and the location extremely convenient. I thought the elevator system was one of the best I've seen in a large hotel, there were no long waits.

we are tourist. so we stayed here. if you are not from NYC, this is a great place to stay. had a view of Times Square. that was nice. Drinks at the Bar are good too, and nice view of the street and area.

lots of other tourist that are not hotel guests in hotel common areas.

My room was big, and looked fresh. Clean. Parking is expensive. but expected in NYC Staff is great.
