“Great location and value!”

Location just off Times Square is great. Cost is VERY reasonable for NYC. Were there during a cold spell, but nothing we did cooled the room low enough for our preference - even with the thremostat set to 60 and the fan on high the room never cooled. Restaurant has decent food but is over-priced. Rooms were very clean and hotel staff were very helpful. Paid $150/night for a weekend. Would not hesitate to stay here again as long as I could get the room for $225 or less.

“Good Hotel!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 February 2012

Stayed here for 4 nights Dec 2011. Didn't have any problems throughout my stay, I had a standard double room which was a good size with a good size bathroom too. Check in & check out quick & easy, Everything clean, helpful staff & excellent location! Overall a very good stay here. Would definatly return & recommend to others.

“Nice Hotel”

I spent one night at the Millennium Hotel Broadway with young son to see hockey game at Madison Square Garden. Room was clean ready before scheduled check in time of 4PM. Internet access was said to be free but turned out it was not. Beds comfortable but pillows hard as cement. Good location right in Times Square. No complaints but nothing overly exciting about this hotel.

“Perfect”

My partner and I stayed here in November last year. After booking and then reading the reviews from trip adviser visitors I was very nervous. How wrong I was. This hotel was Great and in a perfect position! Within a minute's walk from Times Square but far enough away to be away from the crowds. The entrance was impressive, the staff eager to help and most importantly the rooms were not the horror stories I had read about! Our bed was huge, incredibly comfortable, clean and freshly made each day (as one would expect). The bathroom does need updating but really was not a problem at all. We were on the 39th floor and had a superb view, large flat screen TV and plenty of cupboard space. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed our chit chat each day about our days plans. You can check in online on the first floor for free and print off our boarding passes. We needed transport to the airport at silly o'clock in the morning for our return which was arranged without a hitch by the reception staff and we were then taken to the airport in the Hotel's smart black four wheel drive for a pre arranged sensible fee. I would happily recommend this hotel and on our return look forward to visiting again. Thank you all at the Millennium Broadway for making our holiday a pleasure and worry free experience.

“Excellent Location”

We got an excellent promotion deal otherwise we probably would have stayed at another hotel where we have status. I think if we had paid the regular rates, we would have been disappointed.

The location is excellent. Right in the middle of Times Square. We travel to NYC annually and have never stayed right in the middle of the action before. We took the subway from JFK to Times Square and a short walk to the hotel. No need to spend money on a cab and get stuck in traffic.

Upon arrival there was a mix up with our reservation. Took a little while to sort it out, but in they let us check in at 2pm instead of 4pm and made us feel like they were doing us a big favor. They did give us an upgraded room on an upper floor. Our windows had a perfect view of the NYE ball that drops every year. The higher floors had nice views, but the trade off would be the wait for the elevators.

The room itself is decent, but not completely 4 star worthy. The bathroom counter was extremely narrow and could use some updating. I can understand this is prime real estate and the bathrooms need to be minimal, but we've stayed at other hotels in the area in the same class and have seen better. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were terribly low.

The most recent thing I've been looking for in hotel rooms are outlets to charge my gadgets. None beside the bed for my phone/alarm. That meant plugging in by the desk and not having easy access to my phone. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying. Also lack of outlets caused issues with 2 of us trying to charge our cameras, phones, laptops, etc. Took some juggling to make it happen.

We did check out the gym and were impressed with the equipment, but for the number of guest rooms, the size of the gym is tiny. This means you may be waiting for cardio equipment if there are more than 4-5 people in there.
