Just the vacation I needed! It's hard to believe this Beautiful B&B is right in Greenwich Village. The backyard is so peaceful and relaxing, My room & bathroom was very clean. I am looking forward to returning again.

I stayed here and i thought it was the most beautiful B&B i have ever stayed in. The garden is wonderful. The only bad thing about it was leaving.

My stay at Marge's home is the best part of staying in NYC. and the Village. The little private garden is so lovely and the public spaces wonderful...I felt like a guest in an enchanting setting. The rooms are comfortable and I shall never stay in a typical hotel ever again. Marge was a charming hostess.....I now feel like I have a home to welcome me in NYC. A REAL FIND.... Lila Friday

My sister and I met one another in NY November 2011 after not seeing one another for 5 years. We were hoping for a good NY experience. We found Rooms to let on the web while in NY as our previous accommodation (THE Jane) did not work out (by the way BAD BAD place). Margery told us that the upstairs room was available for the duration of our stay in NY, we were very happy. The next day we found a note on our bed saying she made a mistake and that she needs the room for someone else - we had to leave. To make a long story short. She was extremely unfriendly - very little people skills - if you decide to stay there do not ask any questions as she is very unhelpful. Not a nice atmosphere to come to when on holidays. Her bed had bedbugs and my sisters feet were covered with bite marks. If you are looking for a warm welcoming place to stay - Please don't chose this one.
