The staff was very friendly, very accommodating from the moment I called to make my reservation. They honored the internet rate, although the internet said there were no rooms left. Check in was speedy, courteous and very guest service oriented from the get go. The rooms are beautiful, stylish and impeccably decorated with every amenity you could need. Plenty of space and furniture for the price in a New York hotel and I could have lived in it. Location is fabulous. I didn't want to leave!

We loved the Hilton Garden Inn! We decided to experience Times Square on New Year's Eve, and this hotel was the perfect location. Free water bottles upon check-in, complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in the lobby. Very clean. Great view of the empire state building from our room. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were all polite and attentive. We were given a top floor room with an unbeatable view of the empire state. The room was airy and clean and the bed was fabulous. We didn't use the restaurant as we preferred to eat out. The location was extremely convenient, not far from anywhere and right on top of Herald Square Metro station, from where you can get to anywhere in Manhattan. Times square was a 15minute walk. I don't think I would even look at any other hotels on our return. I would simply book this one. Loved it, thanks!

When I walked in, I was instantly greeted as a guest should be greated. Everyone that I passed or encountered provided me with the best service. This location is in a great spot, just a few steps from a convenient subway! the rates were great as well as the views, location, and service. Times square was about a 5 minute subway ride away. Anytime I stay in NYC, I will be sure to book at this hotel!
