We loved the Hilton Garden Inn! We decided to experience Times Square on New Year's Eve, and this hotel was the perfect location. Free water bottles upon check-in, complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in the lobby. Very clean. Great view of the empire state building from our room. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were all polite and attentive. We were given a top floor room with an unbeatable view of the empire state. The room was airy and clean and the bed was fabulous. We didn't use the restaurant as we preferred to eat out. The location was extremely convenient, not far from anywhere and right on top of Herald Square Metro station, from where you can get to anywhere in Manhattan. Times square was a 15minute walk. I don't think I would even look at any other hotels on our return. I would simply book this one. Loved it, thanks!

When I walked in, I was instantly greeted as a guest should be greated. Everyone that I passed or encountered provided me with the best service. This location is in a great spot, just a few steps from a convenient subway! the rates were great as well as the views, location, and service. Times square was about a 5 minute subway ride away. Anytime I stay in NYC, I will be sure to book at this hotel!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on W 35th St. over Superbowl Weekend. Despite the crowds of Giants and Patriots fans, the hotel staff was attentive and accomodating. The true test of this hotel's abililty to rise to the occassion was Saturday morning at 8:30 am. The fire alarms began to sound, followed by an announcement to evacuate the building. With the elevators shut down, guests began the journey down the stairwells. At each level a Hilton employee was there with a walkie talkie to assist the hotel guests. The fire department came to the hotel and found a malfunctioning hair appliance on the 20th floor. The all clear was given and as guests surged toward the elevators, the staff helped keep everyone organized. I left without my room key and the front desk was quick to replace the key for both me and the family on my floor that spoke no English and left the room barefoot. This is the only hotel I will stay at in NYC from now on. The location is ideal and the staff top notch. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. You can't do better than this hotel!
