I loved the stay in thishotel ,'good value for the money ,friendly staff , very clean ; very good breakfast ,as a travel agent I will recommend my clients to stay there .close to port authority and the theaters district. My stay was from January 25 until february 1st

Alex, who works at the front desk, was awesome in helping me with minor issues I had with the first room I was booked in. It had somewhat of a damp smell so Alex had maintenance put a filter machine in the room for a few hours. The filter didn't seem to help, but Alex was more than happy to put me in another room immediately. He was very professional as well as the other front desk associates, but his kindness stood out. I also used the bell boy and concierge services, and I have nothing bad to say!

Very good location - walking distance to main strip. rooms average size. Solid breakfast, although eating area small - need to pick your times.

The title describes my experience. The rooms are on good size for a couple, are clean, quiet and you feel safe. Noticed on previous reviews that many guests had problems with the elevators, we didn't experience any problems even on rush hours (breakfast, check-out). Our room was located on the 30th floor and the view of the Empire State Building was beautiful.

The only thing that I didn't like were the bathroom amenities.

They do have a nice coffee and although I am not a breakfast guy I enjoyed it.

Concierge was helpful with maps, directions and advices on where to go. Also they do know what suggestions are good for each guest. For example, they will check your shoes before suggesting you a place (some guys may find it rude but it is by far better than sending you to a bar that they will refuse entry to you).

Baggage storage area worked fine for us and I also found most of the staff friendly, every time walking in the property I had a decent "welcome back" or "Hello".


All and all a very nice experience, I would suggest this property.
