“Irish hotel in the heart of the city”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

I stayed here with my sisters in dec and what a stunning little hotel it was, coming from south africa and meeting my irish sisters , I felt right at home, a lovley irish pub in this hotel where you can keep warm by the fire, very popular for the locals to have afterworks drinks there is a real buzz about the place. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were friendly, standard rooms beautiful with lovley bedding and canopys over the bed, cosy and warm and very clean, stunning little vibey coffee shop right next door and Grand central right around the corner .when I visit new york again, I will be staying here.

Room Tip: a back room would be quieter

“Irish charm in Lexington Avenue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

A stylish boutique hotel perfectly located. We had a suite which was very large and such a comfortable bed.

We thought this was an excellent value for the location. Rooms seem recently updated and very clean. Service was good and they are just a few blocks from the subway!

“Country Charm in the Big Apple”

My Wife and I were registered in a hotel over the MLK week-end in Queens for a little R&R. It turned out to be in a terrible section of the borough, we escaped over the bridge to Manhattan and fell upon the Fitzpatrick on Lexington. We had stayed at their facility at Grand Central before and remembered the experience was pleasant. It was late afternoon on Saturday when we asked for some assistance with an accommodation for the week-end. The staff understood our plight and in so provided us with a Suite at a very affordable rate. We couldn't have been happier anywhere. The hotel is a few blocks from everything you could want and the atmosphere in the hotel surrounds you with a sense of comfort not usually found in a Big City. They truly treated us like royalty and the room 402 was perfect. We found ourselves at the lounge on Saturday and Sunday night during two Huge Playoff football games and had a great time with the other patrons and bartenders. If you have the chance to be in NYC be sure to visit either locations. We won't be tricked again by the lure of Off-price Specials at other hotels. This will forever be our destination when we are in NYC

“Home away from home!”

Myself and a friend stayed in Ftizpatricks for three nights on our first ever visit to New York. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while there. When we arrived we were upgraded to a beautiful suite free of charge. The room was spotless and there was nothing really that could be faulted. The staff were extremely friendly and the bar food was very tasty and reasonably priced.
Great loaction, just down from Bloomingdales and within walking distance of basically everywhere. Am already planning my next adventure in New York and i'll be staying in Fitzpatricks again for sure!
