robbery !!!!!!!!
I stayed at this hotel and I people from the hotel opened my bag and stolen!
They stole my brand new just bought IPAD 2 .
They replied that nothing can be done!
Run this mediocre hotel!

If you are looking for an incredible Times Sq. location-look no further than this hotel.
Small, warm staff, great rooms-bed and bath especially and a huge value for NYC. Ask for an upper floor as the hotel does also have a second floor bar.
Cannot recommend Serafino-the hotel's restaurant-ultra expensive and unimaginative and uber small portions-though the wait staff is great and not a bad place for a pre or post-show drink.

We chose the Time because of its location and reasonable price, and we were not disappointed. Our King Room was clean and had more than what we have expected range of supplies such as cotton buds and sewing kit - quite exceptional quality at this price. The staff are very friendly. We found the remote control not working and a staff arrived promptly on our request for help. Hoping to have a glass of red we arrived at the restaurant on the ground floor when it was about to close for the day but the staff there welcomed us nonetheless. The Merlot and the Baby Amarone we had were both lovely.

Prior to our stay I had call the hotel manager to ask a simple question. He called my cell phone back within the hour and was very helpful. Upon check in the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The lobby was clean and very quaint. Our room was a simple room w/ 2 double beds. The rooms are a bit dated but very, very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location of the hotel was perfect! Once out the door of the hotel the world of Time's Square was at our fingertips!
I had asked Mr. Katz to arrange to have the Giant's win and he even worked his magic with that! We would certainly stay at this hotel again!
