I recently stayed here with family. We were pleased with the hotel, which offered a decent value in a very good location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for 4 adults (two queen beds). No frills, but none were expected. Good base camp for exploring the city.

Good clean hotel 2minutes from times square we paid 900 pounds for 4 nights in december a little expensive for the hotel but it was clean.rooms are small me and my husband 2 kids we stayed on the 8th floor lift never a problem for us breakfast was ok to start you off the staff was nice no problems.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable being situated at little brazil street and times square, madamme tussauds, planet hollywood etc all just a short walk away. It was our first visit to NYC hence we selected this hotel. Food locations aplenty and subway stations highly accessible.There is a complimentary continental breakfast every morning which I find very useful as we did not had to look for other breakfast spots instead could simply have breakfast and get ready for sightseeing in the big city. Boiling water source is also readily available with coffee/tea/milk etc.

Room for improvements are definitely the elevator which many have already pointed out is painstakingly slow especially if you are on a higher level floor and possibly any safety risks associated with it which I feel is of high importance. The price I felt was also a tad high relative to the size of the room, leaving very little space to manoeuvre around the room. The front of desks staff are rotated whereby some were very friendly others indifferent.

In summary, if you new to NYC and would like a highly accessible location this hotel is recommended. If you are a seasoned visitor and know your way about the city perhaps you could be adventurous and try others from the lower manhattan neighbourhoods.

Great place to stay with Times Square just at the end of the street and yet far enough away to get a good nights sleep.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the price was good value.
Breakfast room is very tight most of the time with a need to queue for a table at peak times. The family bedroom was clean but very small and we needed to be very creative with luggage being stowed on windowsills in bathroom and bedroom as there was no where else to accomodate it.
Would definitely stay there again, as it's so convenient and friendly
