We've enjoyed two stays at this hotel, which is wonderfully situated on Route 6 on Cape Cod, across from the Marconi Beach entrance road. The hotel is a little dated in spots but wonderfully clean, with a friendly office staff and continental breakfast. A microwave in the lobby is handy for reheating leftovers, which you can keep in a small fridge in your room. Indoor and outdoor pools are a big hit with kids. The hot tub is next to the indoor pool. Water temperature and cleanliness of all are great.

The hotel is walking distance to a few decent nearby restaurants and a nice beach store that also sells ice cream and candy.

The rooms are generally quiet. However, we have been there two Labor Day weekends, and both times the hotel was converged upon by more than a dozen drunken 20-somethings, toting cases of beer under their arms and making noise. They take up most of the parking lot, run back and forth across the hotel balcony, and leave their doors open (unless they are slamming them at 1 am, after they return from the bars). I highly recommend this hotel at any other time but AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND!!!

My girlfirends and I stayed here for a Girls Weekend getaway and we had a fabulous time.
The two pools and hot tub were great and having the Catch of the Day next door really came in handy.
The rooms also had a decent size refrigerator, which worked out great for drinks.

All around a great little place.

After thoroughly reviewing all of the reviews on Trip Advisor I made a last minute change and decided on the Southfleet Motor Inn. Very happy I did! This was a special getaway for us and we really just wanted a place that was centrally located and clean. When we arrived at the motel we were warmly greeted and given a short explanation about the pools (indoor and outdoor - both VERY clean) and the layout of the motel. Also given a map of the area and some directions. The room was very spacious with modern furnishings and updated bathrooms.Fridge and coffee pot was a bonus. Hair dryer in bathroom. It was VERYclean and housekeeping was on top of everything.
Coffee (wow! it was good!) available all day. Nice continental breakfast with bagels, english muffins, fresh watermelon is available in the morning. Just enough - nice touch.
There is a play ground in the back for families, but I never heard a peep from it. We stayed three nights and it was very quiet all the time and I know the motel was full.
Perfectly located near beaches, restaurants, downtown Wellfleet and 20 mins to P'town.
We would definitely stay there again. Nice place, great value, pleasant but discreet hospitality.
