This Quality Inn seemed a step up next to others that I have visited. Everything was super clean, and you got a lot for your stay. It's obvious that they cater to the one night and on your way crowd. The parking lot was virtually empty when we arrived at 3PM for our two night stay. When we came back from dinner, the lot had filled up considerably. A free breakfast was available every morning, with sausage gravy and rolls, as well as the usual continental breakfast fare.
Our one gripe with the place was the curtains and mirror. There is always light streaming into the room because the curtains are too short and flop around the door. In addition, the mirror placement is such that people can see in the room by peeking into the window. I don't know if this is the arrangement with all the rooms, but it was a problem for us in room 139.
Even though close to I-95, it was pretty quiet in our room. There are some rooms facing the road, so maybe they would have a tougher time sleeping.
As far as restaurants, there was an IHop just across the parking lot and a Cracker Barrel across a major highway. Those were the only ones you could see from the motel. This interchange is a pretty big one, so there's a lot of selection of both hotels and restaurants.
All in all, for what we paid, this place was a real bargain.
