We got lucky and camped next to the river (no. 170). Beautiful view, clean camping grounds but the bathrooms need more attention. I would go there again.

My son and I stayed here in July, 2011 for the last shuttle launch. It was so beautiful I woke early every day to see the sun rise over the water. The campground has many trees and the tent camping spots are large and pretty. I especially recommend the tent spots because they are close to the bathrooms, laundry and the scenic areas near the river. The rec center with free wifi is easily accessed by all campers. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended a kayak tour - A Day Away Kayak Tours - which we took and were able to see manatees up close! The campground is close to Titusville and Kennedy Space Center. I also recommend checking out the War Birds Aviation museum which is at the regional airport, almost right across the highway from the campground.

We stayed at this campground with our 30' RV (full hookup). The staff was very pleasant, and the campground itself is very nice. The campground is on the water and after a 5 minute walk, we were out on their dock and had a direct view over to the shuttle VAB. We stayed here so that we could visit Kennedy Space Center, which was very close by. Would definetly stay here again!

We had planned a trip with friends and wanted to go someplace we could bring our motorcycles and enjoy some riding. This place was great! The spaces were large enough for us to park our toyhauler and allowed us to remove our bike easily. It is close to everything the Space Coast has to offer. The people were nice and the park was clean. Being it was August, the pool was an added bonus! We will be returning.
