Good all-around place to stay. Prices were reasonable, rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located right next to I-95, so getting anywhere is easy. There is no restaurant at the Fairfield, but there are 2 restaurants and 1 bar within walking distance (across the parking lot). I would stay here again.

We stayed there on the way to see the Kennedy Space Center in August. 3 people and it was a nice stay. Because it was new, it was quite clean. The free breakfast is nice with toast, juice, cream cheese, bagles and eggs. The hotel is not luxurious. Furnishings are more of a basic utilitarian variety but comfortable and functional. Reasonalby priced just over $100 per night. It is still however about 15 minutes drive to the space center from the hotel.

Nice enough place for the rate. Clean and well maintained. Location very convenient to I-95 and the Kennedy Space Center.

Great hotel and great stay. This hotel has made me a Fairfield Inn fan! Check--in took less than 5 minutes and was effortless. Ashley was working and she was very efficient and friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced at a hotel. We had a king suite with sofa bed which was a nice set--up with kids. The room was really clean and modern. Breakfast was pretty standard but was well stocked and no mass chaos with plenty of seating.
