This is a wonderful Holiday Inn Express that had just been renovated throughout the hotel, so everything was fresh and attractive. The location was ideal with easy access to two major highways: I-8 & I-5., which was important so we easily could get around the city. It also is very close to Sea World.

The front desk team, especially the manager, Luz, were delightful and they made us happy to be there.

The breakfast was delicious and a bargain especially considering the high quality and variety of food. The ladies who worked in the breakfast room always were delightful and worked hard to keep all the items replenished.

The hotel doesn’t have a regular restaurant, of course, but there are many in the neighborhood. We walked to Red Lobster around the corner for dinner and got good recommendations for other restaurants.

We will return!

We probooked this hotel to get a better rate, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality this hotel offers. I would rate this hotel anytime on-par we a Hilton or Sheraton hotel!
The rooms are spacious, our room had 2 double beds (4 pillows each - soft & firm) + a sofa bed that opened into another bed - with extra pillows and sheets in the closet. Rooms had nice stylish square & round lamps modern looking headboards, and clean carpet so that our baby could crawl freely.
Bathroom has nice granite counter, and is very clean!
Lobby has a computer that we used for checking e-mails and checking-in to our flight in advance.
Breakfast area has nice round tables, chairs & highchairs that you can use to eat - anytime (we even ate our own lunch there).
We didn't utilize the breakfast, but it looked delicious and the staff kept on refilling everything constantly.

We enjoyed our stay there. Clean rooms, nice breakfast to start our days, wondered staff,and 5 minutes to Sea World.
The area around the hotel is so so. I wouldn't recommend walking outside, and the parking stalls are a little tight. The underground parking could use security gates or a guard, but we didn't see any problems during our stay. But I wouldn't leave any valuables in your car.

Overall a very nice experience.

The room was clean and the size was OK. The breakfast can be improved with more healthy options, the hotel offered cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels but no natural fruits. We liked the covered parking and its closeness to the airport. Checking/Checkout was fast.

The hotel has an outdoor pool but the pool area is practically limited to the pool itself.
