DO NOT GO HERE. I stayed here once and spend a whole week trying to recover $100 they over charged me. I called IHG (the franchise), the general manager, the property owners and my bank. 5 days, 5 hours. They messed up and did not have their proper documentation that showed their mistake, They required me to have the burden of proof. They could not even look at their check in papers to check my rate to what they charged me. LAZY MANAGEMENT. Needless to say, they found the mistake AFTER I spent 5 hours reasoning with them and showing PERSONAL INFORMATION . NOT WORTH IT. HORRIBLE SERVICE.HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. formerly a Comfort inn w/ bedbugs now a Holiday Inn w/ BEDBUGS.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the Holiday Inn Express San Diego Sea World – Beach area and bringing your concerns to our attention. Guests like you only help make our job easier to address items and fix them. To hear what has happened to you is very upsetting and atypical from the service we deliver each and every day. What you experienced is the exception and not the rule for the kind of service we provide at the Holiday Inn Express San Diego Sea World –Beach areas. I apologize for the inconvenience during your stay and please know that your issues are being addressed with our staff so that we are able to improve our service as well as amenities to future guests. Also, we work closely with Terminex and I can proudly tell you that to date we have not had any issues with bed bugs, and that the hotel is clean and has no issues. We have a regular program of preventive maintenance and have been successful at keeping this problem at bay. We again appreciate your taking the time to review the Holiday Inn Express San Diego Sea World – Beach Area and hope you will reconsider when you come visit in the future. Thank you.
