Plese look at the pictures, The first picture is in the shower, I cleaned one spot and then took the picture. The second picture is what the shower looked like when we checked in. Third picture is of the fixture in the shower. No this is not a joke! Fourth picture is the A/C now look carefully at this. The space around it is open to the outside! Fifth picture, look at the headlights in the top of the A/C through the opening. That is Instertate 8. It is a very busy road 24 hours a day. The noise in that room is the same as having slept in a tent outside next to the freeway. There is/ was no way to block that out. Not to mention it is January and really cold. Sixth picture another view of the freeway. Seventh picture,, Black mold in the A/C. 8th pic, Day time. 9th pic, Not just our room that did not seal, none of the rooms had doors that close at the bottom. 10th picture is a shot looking down the hall, I wish you could get a sense of how dirty this place is. OK I booked this through a travel site, we arrived late and they put us in the wrong room to start with,1 bed for 4 people??? that room was gross too. When we finally got moved into this room, this is what we found. We stayed the first night because it was too late to go anywhere else. I called the travel site the next morning and they gave me a full refund for the four nights we had booked, which means that if we wanted to we could have stayed for free the next 3 nights. This place was so bad we checked out anyway and went to a different place where I had to pay. If they could not get me to stay for free then that must tell you something. There are so many more things I want to add here, but nevermind. Just run from this place. I don't know where they took the pictures they have on their web site, but they are a lie. I talked to several people out front in the morning while on hold with the travel site, and they were all going through the same thing, trying to book elsewhere. The hotel does not offer a refund on internet bookings so most of those people were stuck. I was lucky that the travel site I used refunded my money and agreed to deal with the hotel directly to get their money back.
Room Tip: Book somewhere else.
