“Staff was great!”

I stayed here three nights during the week, and my stay went very well. The only complaint I had was that my key card had to be redone twice in order for me to enter my room after I had been gone for a while. But the front desk staff took care of that promptly and took care of another issue I had with excellence.

The breakfast buffet was better than many other hotels, and the staff there went out of their way to make sure our breakfast was a good one. I would stay there again for the breakfast if for no other reason.

The two rooms I paid for were both more than sufficient for our needs but not as exceptional as the service I received. The sleep number beds gave me a very good night's sleep, and the place was relatively quiet.

The location is quite a distance from downtown San Diego or the zoo, but if you need to stay further out, I would recommend the Rancho Bernardo Radisson.

I am sorry you had key issues as we had just recently replaced our guestroom locks and keys with the latest RFID technology and have had virually no other complaints. I have reviewed your feedback with the team and I believe that through additional staff training we have eliminated anymore issues like you experienced.

“Good Property”

I just booked one day for fun and participated one of radisson's promotion. Arriving at this hotel at late night, I still found it was a beautiful place.
The lobby was decorated with Christmas tree so it was very like home. The front staff that night was very helpful. As a silver member, I was upgraded to business class.
The room was very good and comfortable. Big Sofa, good space and everywhere clean. The room equipped with three-in-one printer, iHome, very good for business and leisure traveler.

I have to emphases that the internet speed was pretty good!! It could be called REAL HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.

They offer complimentary hot breakfast. Both the quality and environment was pretty good. Food was delicious.

There is one thing I confused but the front desk didn't answer me well. I booked through radisson.com and prepaid my night. I asked for a receipt but the front desk told me, my booking was made through a travel agency. Finally, she gave me the receipt, I checked the account was exactly the same as I paid. Could manager help answer this?

Room Tip: normally book 21 days adv would have a good rate, but non-refundable

The staff had a lot of fun decorating the hotel for the holidays this year. I am glad to see that you received your upgrade to a Business Class room.

I am sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your bill, I have reviewed your experience with the staff to prevent further confusion. Advance purchase reservations are prepaid so the staff just had to provide you with a copy of a seperate invoice.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel again soon.

“Just ok”

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was not as nice as I had expected based on the reviews I read on trip advisor. We had a king bed with a pullout couch. There was just one tv and it swiveled between the couch area and the bed. It had an adjustable sleep number bed. It squeaked loudly when we rolled over. We could hear the shower running in the rooms that bordered our room very clearly which woke my kids up a few times. All of the rooms had big windows that bordered the outside hallway like a motel. In the morning we were woken up by people talking outside our room. The breakfast was pretty good (bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes,toast, juice, coffee). They allowed us to check in a little early which we very much appreciated. A lot of security guards roaming around which made us a bit nervous about the clientele.

All in all, it was just ok.

I am sorry that you only found our hotel to be only OK.

I am pleased to announce that we have removed most of the sleep number beds as many of our customers prefer a traditionally mattress rather than an adjustable mattress.

San Diego holds an incredible amount of youth sports tournaments. During your stay we had some teams with us and the security staff you mentioned was here to keep the kids from running around the hotel disturbing other guests. I am sorry that their visibility made you feel unsafe.

“Excellent service 5 *”

I stayed for a week on business although I would agree with previous posts the rooms are comfortable but slightly tired, however , the service is 5 * and beyond nothing is to much trouble . Everything I asked or enquired about was sorted out immediately with a smile :) MANAGER AND STAFF WERE EXCELLENT

“Great Customer Service and Great Rooms for the Cost”

I had a short 1 night stay, but it was excellent for the price that I paid. In the end, including taxes, the cost was approximately $100. The room itself was really pretty nice for what I needed. It was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom area, not separate rooms but divided by a partial wall and TV. The bed was really big and very comfortable with a nice comforter and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was very clean and was fully stocked with overnight amenities (shampoos, soaps, etc.). The shower also had one of those bowed curtain rods that pulls the shower curtain away from the user, which I love. There wasn't really anything to complain about, but I the desk chair and couch seemed a little dated.

Regarding customer service, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful both with check-in and when I phoned in to make my reservation. If I had a reason to stay overnight in this area again, I would definitely come back here.
