The service at the front desk was slow or unresponsive. My card key needed reset almost every day of my two week stay. I was told it was their machine and they could do anything but reprogram the card each day.

The entire building looks like it hasn't had an update or refresh. Looks and feels like you are stepping back into the 70's. The evevators seemed old and run down.

The room was large enough and the bed was comfortable. The TV remote didn't work and they tried to fix it but never were able to get it to work.

The fire alarm went off for 10-15 seconds every night. I asked at the front desk about it and they said it just happens. They said if it was a real fire it would go off much longer.

The washing machine was broken and a few days the vending machine was broken. Only one vending machine on the first floor instead of one per floor.

The club on the first floor can be loud. I could hear it in my room at night.

The location was great. The hotel is walking distance to many businesses and a great view facing the water.

Maides cleaned the rooms very well. They looked spotless.

Stayed on the 6th Floor last night across from the ONE working Elevator! Yes...the Fire Alarm STILL goes off at random times during the night. It's a non-smoking Hotel....BUT the Smokers just open the Fire Escape Doors and Smoke on the Balconies....the Smoke fills the hallways. A complaint to front desk yielded nothing.

Ran the Room A/C from Noon to check out the next morning....blew a LITTLE cool air but it was cooler outside than it was in the room!

Getting around in the morning was IMPOSSIBLE! Kiddies playing in the Elevator and ALL housekeeping staff using it to get their carts around. The "other" Elevator was out of order.

This place allows pets.....hope you don't mind Barking Dogs between the false Fire Alarms! :)

I wish I had read the reviews of this hotel before I stayed. My daughter and I shared a room, and it was ok, I've stayed in worse I guess. But my son's room, he shared a room with my brother, and both of them noticed the bites after we checked out. My son has bites on his shoulders, back and arms, my brother has bites along his waistline and lower back. This is so gross. I emailed the company that manages this hotel but haven't received any word back from them. I must concur with several of the other complaints, as well. The bar is extremely loud, I was on the 6th floor and could hear the bass thumping until early in the morning, the "complimentary" breakfast wasn't worth it, we walked to Denny's, the parking lot was tiny, my other brother's room was being cleaned until after 3pm so he had to hang out in my room, Friday night the fire alarm went off and my daughter, my brother and sister-in-law all had to go outside at 1030 at night until it was cleared, apparently it was a mistake, the shower head was perfect for my 13 year old daughter who stands 5 foot 2, but I had to do back bends to rinse my hair, there was no refrigerator, one of the packets for the coffee had no creamer or sugar...I'm nitpicking now but when you get bit by bedbugs, you tend to focus on the small things! DON'T STAY HERE!!!

The ac did not work in the room. At 03:30 am the fire alarm started going off until about 04:30 in the morning and it was difficult to get help the morning we checked out.
