I was at thee Marriott Mission Valley for a week setting -up and attending a conference. The staff was first-rate. The accommodations were normal. The food service was good but boring; small selection and expensive. And then there were the additional fees; $13/wireless and $15/parking. Ridiculous. I have to say, if the staff had not been exceptional, my ratings would be much lower. I did not meet one staffer who was not cheerful, helpful, proud and accommodating.
And, all, from the GM down to the car attendants were happy to have us in there hotel and let us know.
Room Tip: If you want a great room with a great view, chose another hotel.
