I have been in the hospitality business for over 12 years. So I'm very critical when I visit and my expectations are high. I salute your staff for their outstanding professionalism and pleasant demenors. In particular Nate Tellers, Trisha Tiapale, Adam Foster and Yesenia Hernandez. These four individuals assisted me with enthusiasium and greeted me with a smile. They went the extra mile to assist me. I was delightfully surprised. Way to go training team!

Excellent stay for us (family leisure break). The service was very attentive and rooms clean and soundproof. Very attentive staff in a hotel with good facilities. We needed a car as the location is away from major centres - however the hotel has shuttle buses which are very flexible too.

Stayed there for a week in May of 2011. Close to the highway and even though it was on the edge of the city it was an easy commute to down town. Rooms were well above average and very clean. WiFi was fast and reliable though pricey, asked for and received coupon for free, otherwise expensive. Parking is also expensive but again got "free" coupon so that wasn't too bad.

I post this review again as it's obvious that somehow the hotel management managed to have it cancelled by Tripadvisor staff.
The hotel is old and dingy,the rate on the iPhone app was $109 including wifi and parking but when we arrived the rate was $119 per night plus $12 per night for the parking and $9 for internet wifi. Clean rooms but way too dated. Public areas are clean but at this stage of worn it's very hard to make them look pleasant. Worst thing ever the breakfast buffet in their Lanai-something dining room. Obviously this room never saw a renovation in years and I'm ok with that,but food was very old and greasy,really not acceptable. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we left after the first night. If this review will be cancelled again I'm gonna take actions against Tripadvisor and the Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Diego.
