A very nice, clean hotel, very well located for my business as a traveling auditor. Good internet connection, clean rooms, comfortable sleeping. I have stayed at this hotel at different times 6 times and have never had any problems. I highly recommend, the hotel staff is helpful and friendly.

I am an avid user of TripAdvisor and have used it many times over the years to ascertain where to stay on my many trips around the world. My recent trip to the Best Western Plus in Miramar has finally got me off my rear end to write a review rather than just merely reading of the experiences of others...

The reviews of this hotel were mixed with many complaining about issues which, quite frankly, appeared to be either ridiculous or petty. The room I have here is spotlessly clean, with modern amenities, a much larger refrigerator than your typical dorm room sized unit, lightning quick free internet access, a large work desk and a comfortable firm bed with fluffy pillows and more towels than I could use even on a longer trip.

Am I saying that the other reviewers of this hotel were being picky or wrong? Not necessarily but perhaps people feel it necessary or important to show how what made their visit less than perfect....for $82.00 a night including tax I had a free breakfast, comfortable safe room and a kind friendly and attentive staff to make my visit enjoyable.

Is it the Fairmont or the Ritz? Not by any means but it is far superior, in my humble opinion and personal experience, than the reviews I read of this hotel.

If I ever come into the Miramar area again, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel....at a reasonable price I received much more value than I expected.

Our family likes this hotel - we've stayed here several times over the past few years. Easy access to I-15 - strip mall, movie theater, restraunts located within a few minutes of the hotel. Easy access to San Diego but it does take 15-25 minutes as some of the other reviews say. Our biggest complaint is that the price is sometimes a touch high. I'd expect a hotel like this to cost about 79-89 per night but usually end up paying 89-109 per night (on weekends); we use our AAA discounts. People at the front desk are always nice.

I have found this motel to be very neat and clean with comfortable surounding and a friendly helpful staff for the last five years.
