Hilton Honors Gold Member. Had to stay at this hotel for 6 days. Rooms were okay nothing special to mention. Parking is a big hassle especially when it rains as you would have no option but to walk in the rain. The parking charges is pretty steep at 30 dollars a night. The staff were not too concerned about guest satisfaction. Nothing great to write about food either. Stay here only if you have to or if on a short transit. Location is pretty accessible to Fashion Valley Mall.

I thought the room we had was nice we got put in the back near the parking garage. So luckily for us we parked our TSX up high so no one could hit it considering the spaces were really small and bigger cars had a hard time trying to get in or out of spots. Because we are HH members the plus side was we got a nice room for a decent price.However we ordered a cheese platter to be sent up to our room because you can request certain ammenties if you are HH. OMG seriously a huge waste of money. The cheese wasn't even cold and it didn't come garnished with bread or fruits that normally accomodate a cheese platter. So we went down to the hotel restaurant. Talk about a joke. We were the only couple in there! My fiance ordered a steak and I ordered a salad. So not worth the 50 bucks we paid for dinner. And I seriously can't believe they charge 16 for parking. OMG!!! I was afraid someone would break into my car!! its a nice hotel,but compared to normal hilton standards it needs to have the parking garage updated and secured in order to call it a hilton. Plus we were on the elevator with a couple who were able to ditch the 16 fee by lying that they didnt have a car. All I can say is the rooms are nice and every room has a balcony. However if you can get parking in the front do it. It's probably the only way your car will be safe

Me neither! How about a balcony with bird poop all over the sides of the glass? Old saggy mattresses and paper thin walls so you can hear everyword on the phone call the guy next door or in the hall? The clincher? Filthy stained up sheets --one of them look like someone sat down without their underwear on---gag!

Oh yeah, don't expect to get help from the manager when you ask to move to another hotel. She will stomp around like a teenager whose been asked to clean her room. Yikes, the unprofessional attitude was not pleasant. And if you actually want to stay in a clean hotel, be prepared to pay. The Doubletree Club will not take responsibility to help you out with the last Hilton hotel left in the city. We paid an EXTRA 130.00 a night to change just to have a clean room with reasonably updated ammenaties.

Nasically this is a run down hotel that is trying to hold it together on the outside. It is not near anything if you don't have a car. A bit of worrisome surroundings in term of safety. The guys at the breakfast buffet were kind and fun.

A sad story where only the cookies are good.
