We had not checked any reviews before checking in to this hotel, however we had found many good hotels the same way on our trip before. We arrived at PB in the evening, looking for a hotel room for 2 nights. The rate given was in comparison to rest of the motels at the PB very good, so we just thought we made a bargain...what a mistake
Arriving in the evening meant we did not see too much, which had been better that way. Waking up to the same weard smell we had the evening before, we looked around the room...More or less everything seemed very old and broken...The windows were so dirty I think they have never been cleaned before, a tile in the shower was missing and seemed to be fixed with a chewing gum, the bed cover was very dirty and had various stains, only one power socket was working, so I had to dry my hair next to the entrance door instead of the bathroom... Anyway we thought we stay here only for 2 nights, so arriving back in the evening late that day, of course no one had cleaned the room or done the beds.
Well it was an experience, which we hope not do do again...I would recommend to spend a little more and stay away from this hotel!!!!
