Hampton Inn San Diego Sea World has the best staff. Freindly, effiecient and courteous. Very helpful in finding me great places to eat in the area. The rooms were clean. beds comfortable and very spacious. Lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was great. So many choices of breakfast items. Breakfast Hostess was very pleasant and freindly as well. Victor (the General Manager) of the hotel has a great staff and he himself is very inter active with the guests. Great staff comes from a great leader. So props to thi San Diego Hampton. I will for sure stay no where else when I am in town. Thanks for a great stay!

I met a group of my friends in San Diego for my birthday and we wanted to stay near Old Town. When I made the reservation they asked me what was the purpose of my visit and I told them that it was for my birthday. Well they must have made note of it, because when I arrived at the hotel everyone of the staff wished me a Happ Birthday! They gave me a complimentary upgrade to an awesome suite with a balcony and left a gift basket full of goodies and a birthday card that all of the staff had personally signed. I mean WOW! This "special" treatment continued throughout my entire stay. I can't tell you how perfect this hotel made my birthday. I will be returning to this hotel again soon.

I came out to San Diego to visit my family just a few miles away at Crown Point. This Hampton Inn is one of the BEST I ever stayed. My 1st stay here I just chose it because it was close to my relatives. The 2nd time I stayed here during New Years Eve 2011and it was even better. The staff at the front desk are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are always ready to give you more food or asking if they can do anything else for you. I requsted a room in the back of the hotel and it was so quite! Parking is a little tight some times but I always find a place in the back. This Hampton Inn is much better than the one downtown because of the hopitality of the staff, the access/location to activities and it is alot quieter. The inside courtyard make this Hampton Inn feel like a resort.

The hotel staff was great. They all seemed to be happy doing their jobs and we benefitted from it. The front-desk personnel were so helpful. When it was raining, we had to nix our trip to Sea World; but the guy at the front desk gave us the suggestion of going to Balboa Park instead. We spent the whole day at Balboa Park and still didn't see everything. It was a great day. The room was good and clean. I think for the money we paid, we had a big bang for our buck. The staff made it so much more enjoyable.
